Fox Creative Studio Inc. (“Fox Creative Studio”) understands that during the booking process and coaching/consulting session, the Client may share private, proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information relating to ideas, products, designs, concepts, strategies, businesses, brands, projects, processes, documents, or other intellectual property (“Confidential Information”).

Fox Creative Studio agrees to treat all Confidential Information shared by the Client as strictly confidential and will not disclose, share, reproduce, distribute, or use such information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services to the Client, unless the Client provides prior written authorization or disclosure is required by law.

All Confidential Information, ideas, concepts, materials, and intellectual property disclosed by the Client remain the property of the Client or their respective owner. Disclosure to Fox Creative Studio does not transfer ownership or grant any rights beyond those necessary to provide the requested services.

This confidentiality obligation survives the completion of the session or professional relationship.
